I feel that every once and awhile everyone should just slow down, find a place to relax, and let the mind wander. Sometimes so many thoughts, ideas, things to do, responsibilites, yesterday’s conflicts, and endless others clump up in the mind and create a tornado that no one person can control. All of this ‘stuff’ can clog the mind and be an incredibly stressful feeling, which in turn can affect how you portray yourself to the rest of the world.
For instance, do you ever wonder why people can work themselves to the point of rage, while driving? Honestly, driving isn’t that stressful, but that person probably had something else going on inside their head, creating a multitude of things to worry about.
Now, I’m not innocent in this either, I find myself thinking things that seem absolutely ridiculous, but they only seem this way after I cool down a little. Really what I’m trying to say is, don’t let yourself give in to the stress causing urges, try to think about it a little. Look up to the sky, think about your life, everything that you’ve done, everything you’ve received, and be thankful. Then pick apart that clump of thoughts and ideas piled up in your head, one by one. Take it all in stride.
